Overnight & Long-Term Boarding Agreement
24036 Lower Pleasant Ridge Road, Wilder, Idaho

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Rising U Boarding LLC (“Boarding Facility”) and the undersigned Pet Owner (“Owner”), effective as of the date signed below.

1. Services Provided

Rising U Boarding LLC agrees to provide overnight or long-term boarding services for the Owner’s dog(s) in a safe, clean, and supervised environment. Each dog will be provided with an indoor sleeping space, outdoor kennel access, and supervised playtime as described in the facility’s policies.

2. Payment

• Payment for all boarding services is due in full at the time of drop-off.

• Dogs picked up after 11:00 AM will be charged an additional full day’s rate per dog.

• Rising U Boarding LLC does not provide refunds for early pick-ups or unused services.

3. Owner Responsibilities

The Owner agrees to:

• Provide sufficient food, bedding, and any required medications for the duration of the dog’s stay.

• Supply a current veterinary vaccination record (Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo required) prior to drop-off.

• Disclose any known medical, behavioral, or aggression issues regarding their dog(s).

4. Health & Veterinary Care

• Rising U Boarding LLC will make every reasonable effort to contact the Owner in the event of illness or injury. If the Owner cannot be reached, Rising U Boarding LLC is authorized to seek veterinary care at the Owner’s expense.

• The Owner releases Rising U Boarding LLC and its staff from liability for any illness, injury, or death of the dog(s).

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

• The Owner acknowledges that boarding and group play involve inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, or behavioral issues.

• The Owner assumes full responsibility and liability for their dog(s) during their stay, including any damage or injury caused by their dog(s) to property, staff, or other animals.

• Rising U Boarding LLC will not be held liable for loss, injury, illness, or death of the Owner’s dog(s).

6. Emergency Contact

The Owner must provide at least one emergency contact who is authorized to make decisions regarding the care of the dog(s) if the Owner cannot be reached.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho and applicable federal laws.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or representations. No modification shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
